To start click on the seller application form, it is simple and will take you minutes to complete. Once approved, you will receive a welcome.

Is there a cost to becoming a seller?

There are number of plans available with variation monthly fees and commission. They can be found at our seller plans page.

How do I log into my store?

Once your account has been created, you can login into your seller portal vis this link.

Adding Products

How do I add my products?

Once approved, you will receive a welcome package, instructions and videos on how to login/register to your Seller Store and upload your own products, update pricing and more.

How do I manage my products?

You can manage your listings through your seller store. We are always here to help you in bulk uploading and editing of your products.

Orders Processing and Taxes

How do I check and process my orders?

You will receive your sold item orders in the Seller Store or through an email notification if setup.

Do I need to have a clearing house

You do not need a payment clearing house option setup to sell your products. Surplus Eco Store has that setup for your convenience and will collect the funds from customers on your behalf and settle it into your Stripe account.

Shipping and Returns

What are my shipping options?

We use Australia Post for calculating shipping rates within Australia. As you are responsible for shipping your products you are welcome to use your own shipping carrier. Either way, you are to comply with our terms and conditions policy located on the website

Getting Paid

How do I get my money?

You do not need to provide a bank account or a valid credit card number, all what you need to have is a Stripe.com account that you can connect it to your seller store.

When do I get paid?

Payment will be made immediately. You are bound by the terms and procedures you have agreed to.

How much do I get paid?

You are paid according to the seller plan you selected upon creating your account.
