Listing Best Practices
To ensure a smooth and successful experience for both you as a seller and our valued customers, we have compiled a list of important instructions and guidelines that we kindly request you to follow:
1. Product Listings
- Ensure accurate and detailed product descriptions, including dimensions, manufacturer codes and names.
- Use clear and appealing product images that accurately represent your product.
- Ensure you communicate any imperfections, flaws or damage to the film. Buyers needs to be aware of the condition of the film as this may have a negative impact on your seller rating.
- Ensure you provide an accurate weight of the shipped product.
- Any Warranty on the Product is the sole responsibility of the Vendor. If you are offering a warranty period for your product, ensure you select Y(es) in the Product Features, and indicate the length of the warranty offered in your Product Description.
2. Product Quality and Safety
- Ensure that all your products meet the highest standards of quality.
- Conduct thorough quality control checks to prevent defective or expired products from being listed or shipped.
- If you are listing a product with any flaws / damage, clearly indicate this in the product description and be sure to price your product accordingly.
- With regards to aged stock, ensure you consider this when pricing your product and consider heavily discounting your products.
3. Inventory Management
- Keep your product inventory up-to-date on our platform to avoid any issues with stock availability.
- Promptly update your listings if a product becomes unavailable or temporarily out of stock.
- Maintain reasonable stock levels to fulfill customer orders promptly.
4. Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Strive to provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve any customer disputes or issues promptly and amicably.
5. Shipping and Fulfillment
- Package and ship orders promptly, ensuring proper protection of products during transit.
- Provide accurate tracking information to customers for transparency and peace of mind.
- Clearly communicate any shipping delays or issues to customers and our support team.

How To Add Products to your Store
You have two options to add your products to your store:
Create New Products
This option is recommended to list your own proprietary products only (your brand name or private label brand), please do not use this option to list general brands products.
1. Log in to your seller panel using your seller credentials.
2. On the left-hand menu, navigate to the "Products" section, and then click on "Products" from the drop-down menu.
3. On the top right corner click on the “+” sign.
4. Click on the "Add Product" button to create a new product listing.
5. In the "General" tab fill in the following fields:
Information section
- Name - we would suggest a format like the following: 3M FASARA ARPA (White) - 1140 x 2100 mm (brand – product name – dimensions)
- Categories - one or more categories relevant to the product
- Price - excluding any taxes
- Full description - the more information you provide here regarding the product or specific inforamtion relevant to the buyer, the better for you as the seller.
- Images - showing the condition of the product so the buyer is fully aware of what they are getting
Options settings
- Ignore this
Pricing / Inventory
- CODE - product SKU. This needs to be unique to this item
- In Stock - Identify the number of items currently in stock for particular product. If the product is sold by the metre / inches, then this number will be number of units of measure being sold.
- Zero price action - leave the global value
- Track inventory - leave the global value
- Number of available quantities: leave the global value
Custom Fields
- Estimate Manufacturer Date - give it your best guess if you don't have this noted
- Warranty Offered By Vendor - check if there is warranty offered for this product
- Discontinued? - check if the the product is no longer manufactured
- On Roll? - check if the product is still on a roll
6. Click Create
7. On the next screen click on the "Shipping properties" and enter the weight of the product, if no weight entered the default weight is 0 kg. Ignore the other fields
8. Click on the "Features" tab and tne following:
- Batch Number (if you have it)
- Brand (if it doesn't exist in the selection menu, let us know so we can add it to the marketplace)
- Roll Width - the width of the roll.
Import Products
If you have a large number of products or prefer to upload them in bulk, you can send us a CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file containing the product information.
Please download the CSV template sample file, fill it up and submit it in the message center or submit a support ticket. We will handle the uploading process promptly and notify you once your products are live on the marketplace.
* Please note that regardless of the method you choose, it is essential to provide comprehensive and accurate product information to attract customers and ensure a positive buying experience.
